1. Information About the Website

This website, portuguescomjana.pt, is owned and operated by Jana Spitzbarth, based in Pombal, Portugal.

All services are governed by Portuguese law. By using this website or enrolling in any course, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Language teaching services are provided remotely via digital access. All prices and payment methods are clearly listed on each service page.

Payment is required before access is granted.
If installment payments are available, missing one payment makes all future installments due immediately.
Access may be suspended if payments are not regularized.

For digital products, the right to withdraw within 14 days does not apply once full access has been granted.

If content is delivered progressively, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only cover unaccessed sessions.

To exercise your right, email us at contact.portuguescomjana@gmail.com with subject “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL”.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the competent court is in Leiria District.

Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution via consumidor.gov.pt or the Online Book of Complaints.

You agree not to post offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

Refunds are only possible if 30% or more of the course content has not been accessed. Otherwise, no full refund will be issued.
